vintage sleeveless 1960's dress

Red, white & navy. From around the 1960's. It has it's tag from Halcyon vintage clothing store in Richmond, Va. No labels, probably hand made. It has a silky fabric top has a geometric print, the skirt is a heavier fabric in a coordinating check. Fully lined. Strap holders. Back zip. The skirt has front pockets. Attached belt has hook in back. Going by the measurements it's approx. a size 12/14. It measures 44" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 21" across under the arms, 17" at the waist (the tag measurement is wrong). 23 1/2" at the hips. Overall, I would say it's in very good condition. The top has some slight discoloration at the neck band, photo 10 shows the inside, 11 the outside. There is a small hole on the lining of the skirt (last photo). I would consider all these minor.
